This two-story landmark facility at the northern end of the campus is home to three art disciplines: photography, graphic arts and media arts. With over 29,710 sq ft, the building includes a multifunctional 75-seat lecture hall, a gallery and state-of-the-art digital media labs and studios. A rooftop terrace provides creative and inspiring views and a gathering place for the community and is framed with a scrim of stainless steel mesh that can be up-lighted with color during events.

The exterior skin of the building uses brick masonry, aluminum windows and glass along with pre-finished metal panels. The second floor rises above the first floor CMU to encourage students to enter below the building into the landscape courtyard. Glass tubes form north facing monumental scale windows of the art studios. Judges felt Phoenix College set an example of sustainability through a holistic design approach and incorporation of green strategies.
