Suffolk Construction Co. of West Palm Beach and Webcor Builders of San Francisco will manage construction of the 250,000 sq-ft Miami Science Museum in Miami.
The museum will include a 35,000-sq-ft aquarium, planetarium and 55,000 sq ft of exhibits. The project has been designed to achieve LEED certification. Suffolk expects to start work in the fall, with completion slated for early 2014.
