The new space will be occupied by Flowserve, a precision manufacturer/supplier of pumps, valves and seals to the power, oil, gas and other industries.

The improvements will include free-standing labs for product assembly and repair, accommodations for specialized product testing and development, material handling and manufacturing areas, and a quick response center to turn around emergency orders in less than 24 hours. The office highlights include conference and training areas, private and open offices, and integrated warehouse offices.

The project began in April and completion is expected by mid-June. The project team consists of Flowserve, Bridge Development Partners LLC (owner), Premier Design + Build Group (design-builder) and Cornerstone Architects Ltd. (architect).
