Rush Commercial is constructing the new LeMay/Pierce County division headquarters in Frederickson, Wash. The design/build project is comprised of an existing 42,500-sq-ft remodeled truck and equipment maintenance building and a new, two-story 15,700-sq-ft office building.

Improvements to the overall 30-acre site will include substantial civil improvements including site utilities, parking, truck wash, off-site street improvements, detention ponds and landscaping. Construction began this summer and completion is estimated in December.
