Christian Davis has joined Choate Construction Co.'s Atlanta office as a preconstruction manager. Davis most recently worked as an assistant preconstruction manager for New South Construction Co.


Toni Lee Ferrell has joined Gora/McGahey Architects in Fort Myers, Fla., as a project architect. Ferrell, who most recently served as principal architect of her own firm, has 26 years of industry experience.

Troy Windom has joined the Raleigh, N.C., office of Dewberry as an automation manager. In this position, Windom will focus on growing the firm's presence in building automation systems.

Spencer Phillips has joined Syska Hennessy Group in Atlanta as a site leader. With 19 years of industry experience, he will oversee the Atlanta office.

TLC Engineering for Architecture named Aimee Weiner and Cheryl Maze as principals for its Orlando office. Weiner joined TLC in 1993 and serves as human resources manager. Maze works as corporate marketing and branding manager.


Ivan Liu has been hired as a bridge designer for Finley Engineering Group of Tallahassee, Fla. Liu, a recent graduate of Texas A&M University, will be working on the firm's Road 1 Motza Bridge project, located in Israel.


Jacqueline Petrozzino-Roche also has joined Finley Engineering as a bridge designer. She is a civil engineering graduate of Florida State University.

Stephanie Ghezzi has been named senior engineering manager for engineering and environmental consulting firm GAI Consultants in Orlando. Ghezzi has more than 19 years of experience with transportation engineering and civil infrastructure design.

Lilian Sherrard was hired as an architect for SchenkelShultz Architecture, Orlando. She was previously an architect and project manager for Jones Architecture, Tampa.

Katie Waldridge has joined Ed Taylor Construction, Tampa, as director of business development. She recently worked for LEMA Construction, St. Petersburg, Fla.

Mackenzie Grove has been promoted to handle business development for Energy Air, a specialty contractor in Orlando. He previously served as the firm's chief estimator.

The company also announced the promotion of Heath Kerr to director of preconstruction for the Orlando office.
