As a result of ongoing fundraising efforts and resulting revisions to the project, team members negotiated a steep learning curve while developing a new campus for the Westminster Christian Academy.

Although a 30-acre gift resulted in a larger building footprint and additional sports fields, it also sent the preconstruction team back to the drawing board, where plans were quickly revamped for the 70-acre academy.

The project's schedule also underwent revision, though savvy subcontractors helped the team successfully shave eight months off the 22-month schedule.

Due to preplanning, team members saved 20% on the project's budget.
