Deborah L. Gray has joined architect-engineer Stantec, Columbus, Ohio, as national director with the firm's risk assessment and toxicology practice. Gray, who has 30 years of experience in environmental health, toxicology, human health and ecological risk assessment, is overseeing environmental and workplace risk assessment programs for a range of public- and private-sector clients.

 

Bykowski

Steve Bykowski has been named project director and John Determann director of preconstruction with Chicago-based Novak Construction Co. Determann previously was a senior project estimator with Novak. Bykowski was a senior project manager at the firm.
