Crews restored millwork, stained glass, exterior stucco, interior plaster and interior painted surfaces.

Frank Lloyd Wright's first commission in Los Angeles had been damaged by earthquakes, settlement and water intrusion since it was completed in 1921. Stabilization, leakage mitigation and historic restoration have made the National Historic Landmark and World Heritage Site nominee available once again for tours and study. Restored or reproduced components include the millwork, stained glass, exterior stucco, interior plaster and interior painted surfaces. Cracks on Hollyhock House's famous cast concrete ornaments were repaired while maintaining historic textures.
