New England Conservatory plans to build a 135,000-sq-ft residence hall and performance center in Boston. The two-building project will include 252 beds, a dining commons with performance stage, a library, three performance rehearsal spaces, a 200-seat black box theater, an orchestra rehearsal room and an assembly recording room.
