In Boise , the company partnered with Kansas City, Missouri -based Flint Development to complete the construction of the Red River Commerce Center .
Red River is a state-of-the-art industrial park within the Boise Airport submarket, according to Brinkmann. It includes three Class A warehouses on 26 acres, totaling 392,000 square feet. The company reported the warehouses all feature 32-foot clear-height, single-sloped roofs, 39 dock doors, six drive-in ramps, full lighting and early suppression, fast response sprinkler systems.
Davidson Architecture and Engineering firm out of Overland, Kansas , was the architect on the project.
In Tucson , Brinkmann again worked with Flint on a similar project. The Tucson Commerce Center is the “first premier industrial hub in the Tucson metro area,” the company reported.
The project of three industrial warehouses is built on 50 acres totaling 807,000 square feet. It features 196 trailer spaces, 80 dock doors and six drive-in doors and 32-foot clear-height. Davidson Architecture also served as the architectural firm on the project.
