St. Luke's Boise Named ENR's 2026 Intermountain Owner of the Year

A $1.2 billion project to construct a hospital tower and adjoining medical office plaza is underway at St. Luke's downtown Boise campus. Layton Construction is the general contractor.
ENR editors have chosen St. Luke's Boise as the magazine's 2026 Mountain States Owner of the Year for the Intermountain area, which includes Idaho, Utah and Montana. This annual award is given to an entity that has a big impact on the regional construction industry.
As Idaho’s Treasure Valley population continues to grow, St. Luke's Boise is expanding its facilities to meet the area's health care demand. A $1.2 billion project on the downtown medical campus is constructing a nine-story hospital tower and adjoining medical office plaza, with completion planned for 2029. The project is the pinnacle of the health care system's multi-phased master plan, and the campus now includes the Idaho Elks Children's Pavilion, which houses St. Luke's general pediatric and specialty clinics, a shipping and receiving building, a central plant and parking garage.
A profile of St. Luke's Boise development will appear in the April 27 issue of ENR Mountain States & Southwest. One of ENR's five regional editions, Mountain States & Southwest coverage includes news about projects, companies and people in Arizona, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
