The votes are in, and ENR Southeast is ready to announce the "winners" of our second annual "Top 20 Under 40" competition.

As we noted in the competition's announcement, the program is being conducted across the country via ENR's various Regional editions. For each publication, the entrants must be located in the respective editorial coverage area, which for Southeast included Florida, Georgia and the Carolinas.

An independent panel of judges assessed this year's entries. These judges included: Ryan Wathen, senior vice president with Rodgers Builders, Charlotte, N.C.; Brian Mulligan, directof of business development with Evergreen Construction, Atlanta; Kris Lengieza, construction model manager with The Weitz Co., West Palm Beach, Fla.; and Ken Cristol, president of Cristol Marketing Co., Longwood, Fla. Wathen and Lengieza were members of last year's inaugural "Top 20 Under 40" class.

More details about what made each of these young leaders exceptional in the eyes of this year's judges will be included in the next January 9, 2012, edition of ENR Southeast.
