ENR regional editors have selected Swinerton as the magazine's 2025 Contractor of the year for the West Region: Southern California.
Swinerton has enjoyed seen remarkable growth in its California/Nevada region over the past several years topped $3.8 billion last year. Major projects in Southern California include The Long Beach Airport Phase II Terminal Area Improvements and the County of Orange Civic Center, North & South. Swinerton has been busy in sectors such as health care with the California Hospital & Medical Center and education with the New Compton High School.
Swinerton's regional upswing has coincided with the company's recent investments into mass timber with the Orange County Sanitation District Headquarters being a regional example. The company has helped clients leverage the material’s inherent versatility and sustainability to deliver a range of public and private projects, often on a faster schedule and at a lower cost compared to traditional concrete and steel.
You can read more about Swinerton in the August 25 issue of ENR West. The issue will also feature the regional Top Contractor rankings.
