Spotlight on Texas & Southeast Design Leaders—ENR’s 2026 Top Design Firms ranking highlights the architectural and engineering firms shaping the region’s booming construction market. Haskell Co. is among more than 125 firms that have already submitted surveys.
ENR Texas & Southeast's annual ranking of Top Design Firms puts architectural and engineering firms in the spotlight as a prominent firm in one of the nation’s most competitive and fastest-growing construction markets is profiled.

The annual regional ranking—like others for Texas & Southeast top construction firms—provides owners, contractors, talent and other ENR readers a glance at listed firms' market visibility, specialties and recent successes. Additionally, many firms use it internally to compare their growth and market standing with competitors.
ENR’s Texas & Southeast ranking includes design firms doing business in Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Puerto Rico. Rankings are based on total regional revenue from design services. Firms will also be ranked by state revenue and, where applicable, by design disciplines.
Here is a preliminary list of the 2026 Top Design Firms survey respondents for the Texas & Southeast region as of April 14. So far, more than 125 firms have responded to this year's survey. Last year, the ENR Texas & Louisiana Top Design Firms ranking listed more than 150 firms.
