ENR East Announces Preliminary 2025 Top Starts
Read the March 30 issue for the region's top construction starts from last year
The new Midtown Bus terminal is on ENR East's preliminary Top Starts ranking. Ramps will connect the Midtown Bus Terminal's future staging area directly to the Lincoln Tunnel, removing buses from city streets.
ENR East will include some of the top 2025 construction starts in the region in its March 30 print issue.
The list is based on Dodge Data & Analytics and other sources. Below is a preliminary list of the 10 top starts, listed in alphabetical order from the region—Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont, Virginia and West Virginia.
The preliminary list is subject to change as we gather additional information prior to publishing the rankings.
