Robin Greenleaf Named ENR New England 2026 Legacy Award Winner

Robin Greenleaf will be featured in the April 2026 print issue of ENR East as the ENR New England Legacy Award winner.
Robin Greenleaf, who recently retired as executive vice president of architectural relations and strategic partnerships at IMEG, is ENR New England’s 2026 Legacy Award winner. She will be featured in the April print issue of ENR East.
Spending her career looking for opportunities to improve the business of engineering, Greenleaf is a Fellow of The American Council of Engineering Companies. As the group's chair, she was responsible for strategic planning, budget development and political advocacy.
She also helped members in navigating the COVID-19 pandemic by working with the council to provide information about the post-COVID workplace and strategies for employee engagement.
The founding partner and CEO of Architectural Engineers Inc., a women-owned, 28-person firm based in Boston that focuses on MEP and fire protection services, Greenleaf served as principal-in-charge of all engineering trades for design, management and supervision across various markets, including healthcare, higher education, PK-12 education, municipal, commercial, office and laboratory.
AEI was acquired by IMEG in late 2021. In her current role, Greenleaf develops and strengthens relationships with the new parent’s architectural clients through internal strategies and external outreach and also serves on its board. Greenleaf creates data-driven, diverse project teaming strategies and other strategic partnerships.
In addition, she has held numerous national and state leadership roles in ACEC National and the Massachusetts chapter. Greenleaf also sits on the International Federation of Consulting Engineers’ Global Leadership Forum Advisory Board, which provides strategic direction to the forum and supports promotion of the international consulting engineering industry. She has also mentored and encouraged rising women leaders.
