The Ocean Beach Climate Change Adaptation Project would restore the San Francisco beach while creating barriers to ensure nearby infrastructure can withstand the impacts of coastal erosion.
The Los Angeles Board of Water and Power Commissioners approved the project, enabling the construction of the Donald C. Tillman Water Reclamation Plant in the San Fernando Valley.
Since its initial construction in 1912, the historic Capitol Park Hotel has served a variety of roles, from women’s college to furniture store and most recently as temporary housing for the homeless before closing down in 2020.
Sonoma Academy’s new professional-grade performing arts facility spans more than 27,000 sq ft. The structure will support the high school’s robust theater activities as well as music and film programs.
