Monique Henley

Lendlease has hired Monique Henley as executive general manager, based in New York City, for the firm’s Americas development business. Prior to joining the firm, she was vice president and regional director of Southeast U.S. development for Rockefeller Group.

Rachel McCaffery has been named regional general manager in the U.S. Northeast for consultant GHD. She joined the firm in 2019 as Northeast region operations leader. Her experience includes environmental consulting.

Rebecca Ashton has been promoted to New York district lead at engineering and environmental consultant WSP USA, based in New York City. She had been chief operating officer for its U.S. earth and environment business unit. A 13-year firm veteran, Ashton succeeds Jerry Jannetti, who now is president of WSP USA’s Southeast region.

Travis L. Miller

Armonk, N.Y.-based LeChase Construction Services LLC hired Travis L. Miller as business development manager for the New York metro region, a position that also includes support of the firm’s internal and external DEI initiatives. Most recently he was business opportunity program executive at Savin Engineers.

Sheen Pau and Joseph Lione have been named associate commissioners of coastal resilience for the New York City Dept. of Design and Construction, where they will oversee design and construction of major shoreline resilience programs such as East Side Coastal and the upcoming Brooklyn Bridge-Montgomery Coastal.

Bill Allan has joined Consigli Construction Co. as director of operations in the New York tristate region and as operational lead in Westchester County. He was senior vice president and business development director at Hunter Roberts Construction Group.

A.P. Construction Co., Stamford, Conn., has elevated Joe Orlando to senior vice president of operations; Mark Kammerer and Reid Nystrom to vice presidents of construction; and Dimitri Seferidis to preconstruction director. The firm is the construction management and general contracting unit of The Ashforth Co.

Karen Higgins-Carter

Gilbane Building Co. has named Karen Higgins-Carter executive vice president and chief information and digital officer, responsible for its technology, data, digital and cybersecurity strategy. Based in Connecticut, she had been chief information officer of Webster Financial Corp., Stamford. Higgins-Carter also is events committee chair of the T200 Foundation, a nonprofit supporting the development of women executives in technology.

Suffolk has promoted Katy O’Neil to chief marketing officer and Jackie Lewis to chief people officer. Both joined the firm in 2018. O’Neil was senior vice president of client services and is former executive vice president of the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. Lewis was senior vice president of strategic workforce planning and talent fulfillment, and had been senior talent acquisition director for a wholesale food distributor.

Nidhi Chadda has joined engineering firm TRC Cos. Inc., Windsor, Conn., as managing director of the ESG and climate advisory business following its purchase of Enzo Advisors LLC, a sustainability consulting firm of which she was founder and CEO.
