The $49-million project known as 233 Clayton, designed by 4240 Architecture and being built by Haselden Construction for BMC Investments in Denver’s upscale Cherry Creek neighborhood, features 15,000 sq ft of commercial space and a 37-room hotel with street-level retail. Two buildings originally existed on the site, one of which was partially demolished, while the other one is being renovated and expanded across the footprint of both buildings. Completion is expected early next year.
