The project will include two 10-story residential buildings with 444 units and a nine-story, 279,100-sq-ft office and retail building. Desert Wave Ventures LLC is planning to construct the DSRT Surf Resort on a 17.7-acre site in Palm Desert. It features a 5.5-acre surf lagoon with restaurants, bars, sand beach area, stage/amphitheater and sports courts, up to 350 hotel rooms and 88 villas. BayWa r.e. Solar Projects LLC is planning to develop the Jacumba Valley Ranch Energy Park, a 90-MW solar energy facility with a 20-MW energy storage system. It will consist of 300,000 photovoltaic modules on a 1,345-acre site, with an underground electrical collection system, a substation, overhead gen-tie line and access roads.
