Pettinaro is planning to build the Evans Farm Apartments in Ocean View. The project, valued at up to $50 million, would include 17 wood-framed apartment buildings, 17 garages and a clubhouse. District of Columbia

Stream Realty Partners is scheduled to start the National Association of Broadcasters Redevelopment project at 1771 N St. NW in January. The up to $46.1-million, design-bid-build project will convert an existing 60,000-sq-ft, seven-story building into office space, with a new glass curtain wall and interior upgrades and amenities. The new design includes a rooftop terrace, 9-ft finished ceiling heights and an updated lobby with elements from the building’s current mid-century modern design. The permit process is underway for JP Morgan Chase Bank NA’s proposed renovation/alteration of its regional headquarters, also known as the Bowen Building. The design-bid-build project, valued at up to $50 million, is planned to start this year. It calls for renovating the existing 12-story, 231,000-sq-ft property at 875 15th St. NW. Cedar Realty Trust Inc. has proposed the Northeast Heights—Sen Sq—Building A project. The up to $50-million project includes a four-story residential building with food/beverage and retail services. The wood-framed building is to have six stories above grade and one story below grade. It would total 140,000 sq ft and include 125 residential units and 40,000 sq ft of ground-floor retail. Pennsylvania

The Philadelphia Water Dept. is designing the Northeast WPCP Preliminary Treatment Facility. Design is underway for the $75-million project, which will include a one-story, 8,400-sq-ft reinforced concrete building with brick exterior. The bid date was undetermined at press time. The University of Pennsylvania has undertaken a conceptual study for the up to $80-million Vagelos Institute for Energy and Technology in Philadelphia. Virginia

Corporate Office Properties Trust has proposed an up to $50-million Westfields International-Parking Garage 2 project in Chantilly. Advancement is pending the owner’s decision to proceed on the four-story, 387,000-sq-ft garage, which would include one story below grade . The garage would accommodate 1,215 cars.
