HNTB has filled three roles in its New York City office. Mark Pagliettini joined the firm as a program management and construction management project director and associate vice president; he had been an assistant director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Christopher Jenkins was hired as a project director and associate vice president in the program and construction management practice; he had been a director in the bureau of engineering, design and construction for the New York City Dept. of Environmental Protection. Emily Gallo is now government relations director for the firm’s Northeast division; previously, she was chief of staff to the commissioner of the New York City Dept. of Transportation.

Dewberry’s New York City office has made four appointments. Eugene Irving joined as a CAD manager; previously he was a BIM/CAD manager at Naik Consulting Group. Joseph Masiello was hired as an associate vice president; he held the same role at The LiRo Group. Melissa Murray Rigney is now a senior project manager and site acquisition lead for the firm’s Northeast telecommunications group; most recently she was a legal professional at Tilson Technology Management. Peter Boudouvas joined the firm as a senior electrical engineer; he was previously senior project manager and electrical department head at Howard L. Zimmerman Architects. The firm also promoted Lisa Peterson to business unit manager and Walter Bronson Jr. to land development department manager in the firm’s Mount Laurel, N.J., office.

Cole Renken has joined BOMAG America as vice president of sales and marketing. He had been director of government and key accounts at Volvo Construction.

Tara Mulrooney has rejoined law firm Zetlin & De Chiara as a partner; most recently she had been special construction counsel at Proskauer Rose.

STO Building Group made two notable hires. Amy Wincko is senior vice president of operational excellence and strategic planning; she had been executive vice president of risk and operations for construction services. Marisa Chambers joined as EEO and diversity manager; she was previously diversity and inclusion outreach business partner at Federal Home Loan Bank of New York.

Karen Armfield has joined AKRF’s New York City office as senior technical director for geotechnical services. She had been a geotechnical manager at AECOM.

As part of its acquisition of Wiedersum Associates Architects, H2M has made the following appointments for employees of that firm: Rick Wiedersum as a vice president and studio director; Bill Laverty as a business development associate; Thomas Tait Jr. as a senior architect; Sergio Gonzalez, Giovanni Leone and Michael Thompson as project architects; Dionissios Karnessis as a project designer; and Alayne Boehm and Gwendolyn Jackson as administrative support professionals.

Skanska has hired Anita Woolley Nelson as the new chief strategy officer for its building operations; she had been senior vice president of strategy, marketing and communications for AECOM’s Construction Services Group.

The American Council of Engineering Companies of New York inducted a new slate of officers whose terms started July 1: chair Thomas Cascino; national director of ACEC New York Richard McFadden; chair-elect Raymond Daddazio; treasurer Gregory Cummings; secretary David Taillon, and vice chairs Deborah Chase, Brian Miller, Richard “Rick” Zottola and Arthur Alzamora.
