Mark Pagliettini joined the firm as a program management and construction management project director and associate vice president; he had been an assistant director at the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. Christopher Jenkins was hired as a project director and associate vice president in the program and construction management practice; he had been a director in the bureau of engineering, design and construction for the New York City Dept. of Environmental Protection. Emily Gallo is now government relations director for the firm’s Northeast division; previously, she was chief of staff to the commissioner of the New York City Dept. of Transportation.

 

Eugene IrvingDewberry’s New York City office has made four appointments. Eugene Irving joined as a CAD manager; previously he was a BIM/CAD manager at Naik Consulting Group. Joseph Masiello was hired as an associate vice president; he held the same role at The LiRo Group. Melissa Murray Rigney is now a senior project manager and site acquisition lead for the firm’s Northeast telecommunications group; most recently she was a legal professional at Tilson Technology Management. Peter Boudouvas joined the firm as a senior electrical engineer; he was previously senior project manager and electrical department head at Howard L. Zimmerman Architects. The firm also promoted Lisa Peterson to business unit manager and Walter Bronson Jr. to land development department manager in the firm’s Mount Laurel, N.J., office.
