Randy Spicer Jr.Moss Construction veteran Randy Spicer Jr. was promoted to vice president at the construction management firm’s Fort Lauderdale office. Spicer will oversee construction project operations from business development through project delivery. He previously served as a project executive.

The contractor also promoted Sasha Seco and Dave Glasser to the position of vice president, with both located in Fort Lauderdale. Seco, a 14-year Moss veteran, most recently served as director of business applications. In her new role, Seco will lead Moss’ enterprise-wide business systems. Glasser, who joined Moss in 2013, will oversee the contractor’s risk management, asset management and quality/warranty departments.

In addition, Tom Ennis has joined Moss as vice president leading the contractor’s Orlando office. Ennis has more than 30 years of construction industry experience.

 

Stacy PriceBurns & McDonnell named Stacy Price a principal. Price, who joined Burns & McDonnell as department manager in 2013, now serves as Southeast regional manager for the firm’s Orlando-based construction/design-build group. Price has three decades of construction, engineering and finance experience.

In Atlanta, Mark Gaddy joined Burns & McDonnell to lead the firm’s Southeast commissioning team. With nearly three decades of experience, Gaddy specializes in new building commissioning, retro-commissioning, recommissioning and ongoing commissioning.

 

Jason EstesJason Estes has been promoted to business unit manager for Dewberry’s Daphne, Ala., office. As a senior associate with nearly 30 years of experience in civil engineering, Estes has spent much of his career focused on general civil engineering projects in residential land development, sanitary sewer and water systems, watershed and drainage modeling, and highway design and construction.

 

Ryan KeaneChicago-based general contractor James McHugh Construction Co. has promoted Ryan Keane to the position of vice president. Keane, formally a senior project manager, will continue to oversee construction operations for the company’s Nashville office as well as focus on business development and relationship-building efforts. Keane joined McHugh Construction in 1999 as an intern and, in 2001, accepted a full-time position with the company. He has served as estimator, project engineer, assistant project manager and structural project manager. Keane relocated to Nashville in 2014 to lead construction of Magellan’s 313-unit apartment tower, The SoBro.

 

Thomas BaldreeCrane rental and rigging service company Sims Crane named Thomas Baldree vice president of its operations/utility division.

Sims also named Jared Lester business development manager. He returns to Sims after working for the firm from 2011-2013.

 

Miami Lakes, Fla.-based construction and engineering firm CEI hired Jeff Ameiorsano as director of operations. Ameiorsano has more than 25 years of experience, having begun his career in the U.S. Marine Corps.

 

Sandra Piccirilli joined engineering firm Stanley Consultants as construction services manager. Located in the Tampa area office, Piccirilli will manage construction projects and staff as well as perform business development, marketing and client services.
