Northwell Health Dept. of Facilities Services is planning a $342-million, 314,704 -sq-ft, eight-story advanced surgical pavilion in Manhasset. The project will connect to the main North Shore University Hospital campus on the ground, first and second levels and will include two shelled floors, 18 operating rooms and two 22-bed ICU units.
