The site will include a theme park with 26 rides and attractions, two theaters, 10 retail areas and 15 restaurants in eight themed areas. The Collective is planning The Collective co-living mixed-use building project in Brooklyn. The reinforced concrete framed building will be 27 stories high and encompass 259,362 sq ft. The $5-billion entertainment and retail project will include a 65,000-sq-ft, 3,000-seat performing arts theater; a 180,000-sq-ft, 5,000-seat movie theater; an 800-ft-tall indoor ski slope; an observation wheel with 26 gondolas that hold 15 people each; a 225,000-sq-ft water park; 1 million sq ft for 300 retail stores; and 150,000 sq ft for 50 restaurants.
