The Valley Forge Tourism and Convention Board is serving as the owner’s agent for a 92-acre sports complex at an undetermined site in King of Prussia. The up to $50-million multi-use complex includes 12 multipurpose fields and 108,000 sq ft of indoor court space for volleyball and basketball. The facility would also have a zip line canopy tour, outdoor pavilion and 1,400 parking spaces. A feasibility study has been completed and talks are underway with potential developers. Erickson Living Retirement Communities has a conceptual master plan for the Erickson Living West Neck Continuing Care Community in Richmond. The $100-million project is expected to have 1,450 living units, including independent living, assisted living, memory care and skilled-nursing units.
