Carrier Johnson + CULTURE
The San Diego and Southern California market continues to be dynamic, says Carrier. Major institutions and private colleges are adding projects, while private developments seek mixed-use, multifamily and hospitality projects along the coast. Projects range from intimate prayer chapels to large mixed-use developments like Ballpark Village, he says.
“In general, however, the scale of projects is growing,” Carrier says, pointing to San Diego’s mixed-use tower 7th & Market and the 230-acre master plan created for the Mission Valley area.
