Jim Henry has been named health director for the U.S. West region health care architecture practice at HDR. He was an ENR Texas-Louisiana Top 20 Under 40 honoree in 2011.

McCarthy Building Cos. promoted Antonya Williams to vice president for the Southwest region. Previously, she worked for eight years for McCarthy’s Northern Pacific region.

Molly Ryan Carson was promoted to senior vice president of Ryan Cos.’ Southwest region. Ryan Carson has played a lead role in numerous high-profile projects in the region, including those for GoDaddy, Wesson and Farmers Insurance.

Alex Gino has been named the marketing and business development manager in the Phoenix office of Shepley Bulfinch. Gino previously worked for architecture firms in London and served as marketing director at Jones Studio in Phoenix.
