SRMKII, the project’s developer, is pursuing LEED Platinum status. Other features include exterior decks with views of Lake Washington, exercise amenities, electric-vehicle charge stations and integrated sun shading. The central plant includes an air-cooled chiller, dry cooler, condensing boilers and dedicated outdoor air-handling units surrounded by a super-insulated building shell. During construction, workers poured 35 structural decks in nine months.
