GZA has named James Watson an associate principal and vice president of its affiliate Laurel Oil & Gas Corp. Watson, based in the firm’s Wexford/Pittsburgh office, specializes in oil and gas field operations management, vertical and horizontal drilling, vertical and horizontal completions and well control.

Bonnie D. Shepard has joined Michael Baker International as senior vice president. Shepard, based in Baltimore, will be the national market lead in the firm’s railroad and transit practice. She specializes in multimodal transportation, strategic marketing and transportation systems analytics. She was previously Systra USA’s vice president of corporate strategy.

Benjamin Connors and Gregory Dunkle have joined the board of directors for the ACE Mentor Program’s Eastern Pennsylvania chapter. Connors is president of the General Building Contractors Association—the Associated General Contractors of America’s Philadelphia chapter—where he leads advocacy and labor relations efforts for member firms. Dunkle is Gilbane Building Co.’s senior vice president and northeast division manager overseeing commercial and institutional projects in Delaware, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
