Valley Metro Rail has issued a request for qualifications for professional consulting services. Projects included in the scope include the South Central Light Rail Transit Project, Capitol/I-10 West Light Rail Transit Project, West Phoenix/Central Glendale Light Rail Transit Project and Northwest Phase II Light Rail Transit Extension. The city of Mesa is planning an expansion project for the Red Mountain Police Substation, which will add offices, a briefing room, a locker room and storage.
