Houston-based Southwestern Energy Co.’s new campus includes two 10-story buildings totaling 587,617 sq ft as well as a 1,600-car parking garage.

The towers are joined by a bent-shade structure that spans the gap between the two, creating a unique portal-window feature. Sustainable elements on the project include a high-performance unitized curtain wall system and horizontal shading fins along predominant elevations of the building, a rainwater harvesting system, ample daylighting, energy-efficient HVAC systems and the flexibility to implement a compressed natural-gas-fueling station.
