Located between two natural geologic prominences, this 100,000-sq-ft facility brings together the pueblos fire department, tribal police department, tribal and appellate courts, tribal administration and the tribal council chambers. The two-level design includes a large secured parking structure on the lower level, contained by 20-ft-tall concrete retaining walls and internal concrete columns. A distinctive basket-like shade structure shields the Tribal Council Chambers.
