PROJECT COST: $95.2 Million
Located on a 12-acre site on Las Vegas Boulevard North, at the northwest corner of Hunkins Drive and McDaniel Street, this nine-story building will replace the existing City Hall. The 210,400-sq-ft building, designed to achieve LEED silver, will consolidate municipal services and support the city�s growth in upcoming years. It will provide a single-stop shop for development and permitting services. It will also feature a 3,000-sq-ft retail component.
As a cornerstone of the city�s downtown redevelopment, the project will feature a Civic Plaza, funded in part by the Bureau of Land Management, which will consist of an open-air amphitheater and will be a focal point for special events.
