Affordable-Housing Project in North Charleston to Finish in December
McShane Construction Co. of Auburn, Ala., is progressing with construction on the 60-unit, 75,982-sq-ft West Yard Lofts affordable multi-family project for developer The Landmark Group in North Charleston, S.C.
West Yard Lofts is situated on a 1.6-acre site at the former Charleston Navy Yard. The project is part of a comprehensive revitalization plan for 340 acres of the former Charleston Naval Base that was closed in 1995.
Martin Riley Associates Architects is the architect for the project, which is scheduled for completion in December.
