Spector Group principal Marc B. Spector, who oversaw the firm’s expansion into Abu Dhabi, is overseeing the expansion in Mumbai from the United States offices and plans on utilizing a similar business model to associate with area architects, consultants, developers and local government to secure city planning and large scale mixed-use designprojects. Spector Group also plans to make sure all of its work which will be targeted in international and local corporate headquarters, is eco-friendly and sustainable, bringing technology used in the United States and the UAE, such as solar and wind energy solutions and state-of-the-art curtain wall systems to India.

“There is a great need for sophisticated architectural services in some of the world’s most rapidly growing cities,” said Spector. “Having on-site locations in international economic hubs, such as Mumbai, underscores our belief in the future of those cities and the need for sustainable, smart designs there.”
