McCarthy Building Cos. added Paul Yeomans as director of hospitality and gaming. He will work with the hospitality/gaming/ entertainment industry to expand and create new business opportunities for McCarthy�s Nevada Division and looks to expand McCarthy�s hospitality successes nationally.

Yeomans joins McCarthy from MGM Mirage Design Group. He brings more than two decades of development and construction experience and has managed in excess of $1.2 billion in development over the past four years for MGM Mirage. Yeomans received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Drexel University in Philadelphia.

TDIndustries promoted George Athens to vice president of service in Arizona. Athens is a 12-year veteran with TDIndustries and most recently served as senior operations manager for the company�s North Texas Service Group.

Athens has more than 22 years experience in the HVAC/specialty contracting business. He began his career at TDIndustries in 1997 as a service account manager and was promoted to sales manager in 2001. Athens attended Arizona State University where he studied business administration.

SMPC Architects has promoted two of its staff members to associate.

Jennifer A. Facio, an architectural intern, has more than eight years of experience and has been with SMPC Architects since 2006.

Both hold Masters of Architecture from the University of New Mexico.

Doug Davis has been named environmental technician at the Las Vegas office of Geotechnical & Environmental Services Inc. In his new position, Davis will be carrying out various water and soil studies for the environmental program.

Crisci Builders hired Bill Hogan as business development advisor. In his position, Hogan will research and create new business leads for the company. Hogan brings more than 21 years of commercial real estate experience and knowledge to Crisci Builders. He previously served as a senior advisor for seven years at Grubb & Ellis. Hogan received his Bachelor of Arts degrees in Business and Communications from the University of Connecticut.

Mardian Equipment Co. Inc. has promoted Danny Mardian III from parts manager to equipment sales representative. Mardian III is currently attending Arizona State University to obtain his Bachelor of Science degree in Global Business Management & Leadership. Danny has been with the company since October 2004.

Aaron Ricks, P.E., LEED AP, has joined Spectrum Engineers� Tempe office as an electrical engineer. Ricks is a 2006 electrical engineering graduate of Arizona State University and has seven years of experience in engineering and designing electrical systems.

Eagle Drilling Services LLC named Chris Ojala as driller�s assistant in Las Vegas. In his position, Ojala will be responsible for supporting drillers and performing equipment maintenance for Eagle Drilling.
