The facility is Rolls-Royce's first greenfield development in the U.S.

With a $170-million investment, Rolls-Royce undertook its first-ever North America greenfield site development for this 180,000-sq-ft facility built for the manufacturing of parts for aerospace engines used by Boeing and Airbus.

Design-builder Haskell led construction and design, and Faithful+Gould served as construction manager. Building specifications included tight tolerances for lighting, temperature and humidity control, exhaust and air pressure. The facility's exterior featured load-bearing concrete tilt-up panels with a pre-finished exterior insulated metal panel system that provided the look required by the owner while also providing a durable interior finish.
