GreenStar also proves its skills in planning and coordination, Cavallaro says. “They find the mistakes in the office and not out in the field,” he says.
With their new owner's backing, GreenStar's executives see higher peaks ahead and haven't lost interest in conquering new sectors or East Coast markets, Segal says. “Really,” he says, “I like the challenging jobs.”
