The 13-story main tower and parking structures are sited on a lush, 12-acre landscape.

Developers expect the $81-million high-rise to become the largest carbon-neutral and net-zero office building in the U.S. The project is on course for a LEED-Platinum rating through a combination of high-performance building design, directed biogas and onsite solid oxide fuel cells to generate more electricity annually than the building consumes. The 13-story main tower and parking structures are sited on a lush, 12-acre landscape. Insulated glass, open floor plans and high-efficiency air handling units are intended to support occupant productivity, health and comfort.
