AGC/CT represents commercial, industrial and institutional construction contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers and professionals serving the Connecticut construction industry. Butts also serves as the CCIA's director of administrative affairs. Prior to his current position, Butts served as assistant executive director of the AGC/CT between July 2008 and December 2009. From 1992 to 2008, he was the executive director of the Associated General Contractors of Maine.
