Who is considered for a "MWSDBE" rate?

The City actively supports utilization of WMBE (women- and minority-owned businesses) on City contracts as both primes and subcontractors, and each City department establishes plans and annual voluntary goals for WMBE inclusion in consulting and purchasing contracts.

The City of Seattle defines WMBE firms as state-certified or self-identified firms at least 51% owned by women and/or minorities.

Who is considered for an "Association" rate?

Who is considered for a "Government / Agency" rate?

This rate is available to employees or representatives of federal, state, or local government bodies and public agencies responsible for implementing policies and providing services to the public. Registrations will be verified and adjusted if the criteria are not met.

What is the cancellation policy?

Registered attendees may cancel up to 30 days prior to the start date of the conference for a full 100% refund No refund of any type will be provided for cancellations received less 30 days prior to the event. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to enr@executivevents.com. Alternate parties may be substituted at any time without penalty.
