Scott Lewis is the Executive Director of NorCal Carpenters Training, where he provides leadership and mentoring for a staff running 11 training programs in the Carpenters apprenticeship. Before being named to his current position in December 2021, Scott was a District Coordinator for the Carpenters Training Committee for Northern California and was responsible for all training center and staff activities in the Central Valley. Scott began his career as a 1st period apprentice in 1986 and advanced to become an instructor in September 1997.
