Chris Toher is Skanska USA Building’s chief operating officer (COO). He is responsible for developing and overseeing enterprise-wide operational standards, systems and processes, as well as the tools required for their implementation. In addition, Toher sits on the building operations Senior Leadership Team and serves as the executive sponsor for the National Continuous Improvement Committee.
Toher has spent the balance of his 32-year career at Skanska, located in Seattle, Washington. Prior to joining the company, he earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Washington State University.
