This project features a 71,000-sq-ft office building, visitor center and a 14,000-sq-ft product research and development lab for yogurt-maker Chobani. The facility is part innovation center and part community center, meant to serve both Chobani employees and the Twin Falls community.

The building offers many amenities for Chobani workers, such as a chef-managed cafeteria and break room open 24 hours a day, an employee fitness center with full-time training professionals and locker rooms, a lactation space for new mothers, lounge areas, a nondenominational faith center and a 7,000-sq-ft gathering space for employee town halls, shared dining and celebrations.

The new research and development lab space features a test kitchen that is home to 45 food scientists who are working to develop new flavors and products.

Design and construction took just two years, a remarkable feat considering the complexity of design and construction and the project’s goal to achieve LEED Silver certification.
