Sarah began her career in Public Works in LA, where as an assistant consultant, she trained employees on the use of Maintenance Management Systems. Currently, she is a Construction Program Assistant at ODOT, where she facilitates the Inspector Certification Program. She has been involved in APWA since 2014, having participated in the success of the SoCal Young Professionals Committee, led the Emerging Leaders Class 10 in 2017, presented at the SoCal Public Works Institute and Complete Streets and Technology Conference, as well as three National PWX Conferences. She is published in the SoCal Insight, National APWA Reporter, and on GovDelivery.
