Ryan Van Dyke is a senior superintendent with Robins & Morton, currently working at BayCare Wesley Chapel in Florida. Van Dyke is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and has been in the industry since 2001. He is one the original participants in Robins & Morton’s craft mentorship program, the Rocky McMichen Field Leadership Program, and seeks out opportunities to introduce the public to careers available in construction, as well as elevating talent within the industry.
