Maisha Hagan is the owner and head coach at Beauty & the Boss, a professional development service that helps women strategically position themselves for promotion or career growth. Prior to starting Beauty & the Boss, Maisha's career was concentrated in the AEC (architecture, engineering and construction) industry as a professional services marketer, Director and member of an executive leadership team for a multi-million dollar company. She has leveraged those experiences into teaching, mentoring, coaching and public speaking opportunities in public, private and non-profit communities. Maisha has a passion for people, a mind for business and a gift to teach.
