As Senior Business Analyst for Operations Technology, Kasey Duffy helps lead the development, documentation, and delivery of technological solutions with the operations team to attain our business objectives. She has been a part of the Pepper team for the past 4 years and her original role was with the Information Technology (IT) team, clearly communicating and implementing initiatives to end-users from the job site trailers to the board room. Kasey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship and Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Dayton.
