Jaren is a civil engineer and a business development director at McCarthy Building Cos. He is responsible for the sales of McCarthy’s National Water Business Unit and leads project teams through all stages of the project procurement process. He leads teams in client connection, project evaluation, business planning, proposal responses, and interview preparation. Jaren has also led groups for over four years in toastmasters and similar organizations to help individuals improve public speaking and facilitation skills for effective communication.
